Timing was of the utmost importance to continue the sales at the show.

In addition, health certificate applications were made in advance to prevent delays due to lead times of these documents from UK government offices. After receipt of the products, IFL repacked them into insulated pallet boxes with dry ice ready for airfreight, which itself was arranged by IFL.The product arrived at in Hong Kong the day before the show was scheduled to relaunch. IFL arranged the product to be customs-cleared and delivered directly to Chater Garden. The agent in charge in Hong Kong even visited the site the night before to ensure truck would have clear entry. Pallet boxes were unpacked at the show, and empty packaging was collected and disposed of.
IFL fully supported The Chippy’s challenging brief, allowing for a successful opening followed by restocking to reopen the stand.
